Takes the ticket submit buttons from the drop-up box in the Zendesk agent view and puts them into a button group instead.
It was ok, worked for 3 months and now, it doesn't work anymore. It`s a pity, because it really helped.
No longer works with the new ZD layout It only works when creating a new ticket, not when replying to existing ones.
I've given it 4-stars for now only because while it is a great little app, it's not working properly. When you open a ticket, the buttons don't show up, only the option of close or stay on ticket is there. Once you either refresh the screen or close the tab and re-open the ticket will those submit option reappear. Once this is fixed, I will give it the last star that it deserves.
