Easy to use software. However, customer service is horrible as far as someone picking up the phone or promptly responding to an email or ticket. Most of all, the web version of the softphone is unreliable. I've missed several calls from customers because the screen blanks out (black screen on the softphone or the webpage just completely turns blank). Have to be researching solutions myself. I only keep the service because it integrates with a ton of CRMs and software and when they do respond, they seem like very nice people. Just need to work on their availability to answer questions and support people who are using your software (shouldn't matter how much they are paying).
Stay FAR FAR away from these folks. If your reading this I hope it's not too late for you! They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to ethics. They will take your money and run like it's no one's business. The software is subpar, to say the least, but worst of all their business practices are some of the worst out there. Call your credit card company and file a dispute their payment processor will eventually drop them.
Worst service, overcharged 112.60 for 30 days, no refund, no answers to concerns, no value for client's time nor money. Stay away from this service. On top of that 'no refund' policy can put a client as a victim to the whole situation.
