Ease of access to lookup various tools used by Cisco

It offers two features:

1. Right click on SR number / CDETs / Case number and navigate to page with one click
2. Drop down menu offers the same feature but with ability to paste the SR number / CDETs / Case number

Additional option to choose between Quicker CSOne or MWZ or SCM as default tool to open SR with.
