A convenient, customizable multi engines search extension
Ho cercato tra molte estensioni prima di trovare "Rummage", nonostante il suo nome non sia particolarmente conosciuto o richiesto, devo ammettere che mi ha davvero colpito perché è l'unica estensione che ho trovato che ti permette di accedere ad una barra di ricerca direttamente dalla barra delle estensioni e ti permette di: - aggiungere e rimuovere motori di ricerca; - impostare un URL che verrà quindi visualizzato per impostazione predefinita nel menu contestuale; - attivare/disattivare gli URL personalizzati che si desidera visualizzare nel menu contestuale; - modificare titolo, url e modalità di visualizzazione nelle opzioni. Sono inoltre presenti pulsanti per importare ed esportare configurazioni e reimpostare i motori di ricerca. Lo stile grafico dell'estensione è molto piacevole; la schermata delle opzioni utilizza un design moderno e all'avanguardia. L'icona nella barra delle estensioni è visibile anche per chi utilizza temi scuri e molto ben fatta. La maggior parte delle altre estensioni, tuttavia, sono piuttosto limitate o richiedono l'installazione di molte estensioni per avere un buon set di strumenti; Rummage è un completo All in One, ottimo lavoro! I searched through many extensions before finding "Rummage", although its name is not particularly well known or requested, I must admit that it really impressed me because it is the only extension I found that allows you to access a search bar directly from the extensions and allows you to: - add and remove search engines; - set a URL which will then be displayed by default in the context menu; - activate/deactivate the custom URLs you want to display in the context menu; - change title, url and display mode in the options. Furthermore, there are buttons to reset search engines and import/export configurations. The extension's aesthetic design is quite appealing, the options screen uses a modern, cutting-edge design; the icon in the extensions bar is well done and is visible even for those who use dark themes. Most other extensions, however, are quite constrained or require you to install many extensions to have a good set of tools; Rummage is a complete All in One, great job!
