After seeing countless extensions that claimed to be minimal, but contained more than what I deemed minimal, I decided to create Stoic new tab.
It embodies minimalism in its truest sense by replacing your new-tab page with one quote from an influential stoic philosopher and an aesthetic background animation.
That's it. Not a thing more. The background animation interacts with your mouse gestures, and the quote is updated every time you open a tab. All of this with a soothing dark theme. If your internet connection is unavailable, there is also a built-in fallback quote. Enjoy 🍄
