Remain Available on Microsoft Teams

This extension maintains "Available" status when using the browser based Microsoft Teams application.

The extension was developed since my status continuously moved to "away" even when i actively was working at my workstation. This extension should only be used with honest intentions.

The extension is free to use, stores no data, and has no external communication.
This extension also works with the MCAS.MS domain suffix.

Doesn't seem to work on the new, updated version of Teams for Web. Worked great before though! You should put it on GitHub so we can update it. I'll take a look at the code today to see how it works and see what changed on the new Teams to break it.
