If you have a Google account and you synchronized your Chrome using the account (for passwords, extensions, and so on) the extension could reappear, follow these steps: 1. Go to chrome://settings/syncSetup/advanced and select "Customize Sync" 2. Deselect "Apps" and "Extensions" then remove the extension. After, you can re-enable "Apps" and "Extensions" if necessary.
