This tool is used to debug ad units or report any issue.

Attention: This chrome extension will only work for registered Refinery89 partners and publishers. Login is required.

The Refinery89 AdUnit Debug Extension provides a comprehensive interface for publishers to easily create tickets for the Refinery89 support team with regards to our adunit positions on their websites. The plugin works in tandem with to our single tag solution and will automatically visualize and highlight the available adunits to facilitate the bug reporting process.

Features:

Report inappropriate ad content:

If you are seeing ads with inappropriate content, you can report this to us via this option. Our support team will receive details of the adunit and advertiser. We recommend you also provide a description of why this content is inappropriate so we can take suitable actions.

Request a review of an adunit:

In the case you are seeing an adunit malfunction please use this option. We will automatically receive a screenshot of the adunit, but please do provide a description of how you want us to modify the adunit. E.g., “change its position”, “add more spacing” or “change label text”

Request removal of an adunit:

If there are any positions you want to us to remove all together use this option.

Request new adunits:

When you feel like there is space for additional adunits on your website let us know. We will review your request and if approved automatically do the implementation for you.
