Allows you to change Leetcode Code Editor Themes

With this extension, you may personalize the Leetcode Code Editor with a number of different themes.

New features:

New Leetcode UI:
Added support for new Leetcode UI. Provides a list of monaco based themes.

Old Leetcode UI:
Added two new themes, "Google Interview - Light and Dark" which simulates Google Doc where you will have no color schemes.

Only 4 stars because the new update removed "Cobalt 2" which was my personal favorite. Since then I have made all my IDEs themes with similar theme. Xcode, VS, PyCharm, GMS2
