We used this during Tokyo Olympics ; prior to covid we had big screens to monitor tickets through dashboard. during Covid we started working from home and then we got to know about this extension. it helped a lot to monitor tickets.
Thanks for the effort, good features, it makes our support periods easier.
Like what I see.. Suggestions. Ability to follow multiple Qs/Searches.. AND ability to see/follow assigned ticket updates and SLA options.. I know.. a lot.. but would be so useful.
