Enough of the pieces worked at one time or another so that I got an idea of how it would function, if it ever works the way it's intended to work, it will be a helpful tool. However, I ran into multiple frustrating roadblocks, like the never-ending working symbol, one company's job description always showing up in the box, even if I copied and pasted another job listing in the box, and not knowing if my resume upload had been completed and even started. It's a great concept, but it needs a lot of work, before it delivers what it promises.
