session timer for popular social media websites
So it's a big digital timer that pops up onto your screen when you're on social media. You can still look at social media, but can't really ignore the timer, so it makes you more aware of how much time you've been on. Very helpful in keeping me more mindful and limiting social media time and nice that it's free.
Works great I don't spend as much time mindlessly browsing anymore
