Chatterclock — Track Your GPT-4 Messages

OpenAI has a limit of 40 GPT-4 messages and 80 GPT-4o messages you can send every three hours (and more for team accounts), but the ChatGPT UI doesn’t show how many messages you’ve used.

This extension keeps track of how many GPT-4 and GPT-4o messages you’ve sent recently and shows this in a badge on the extension icon.

If you are a member of one or more team workspaces then it tracks the count for each workspace, separate from your personal account.
