Screen Lock for Vonage CC

The Screen Lock for Vonage Contact Center extension provides additional functionality to Vonage agents. When Chrome detects your screen has been locked, ContactPad's presence can be updated without having to be manually changed. Agents can choose which state to be updated to by using the drop-down in the setting page in ContactPad to select.

This extension means I no longer need to manually mark myself as away if I need to leave my desk. This means I won't receive calls when I am unable to take them. Thanks for this, it makes my life a little bit easier :)
