Description

This extension shows a desktop notification when a message is received in tfs team room

Shows notification when a team room chat message is posted in a team room that you opened.

v1.39 removed hardcoded DefaultCollection from code
v1.40 cleanup fix syntax errors

It just doesn't work. Some mild debugging shows a few syntax errors related to case-sensitivity, hardcoded team collection name, etc.

Conceptually, this is exactly what I'm looking for. My development team needs a persistent chat and it would be ideal to have it embedded in TFS where we do all our work. Currently, we use Jabber as our preferred tool and haven't transitioned to a TFS room primarily due to the lack of a visual cue or alert when a new message is received. Unfortunately, this extension is not providing that very promised feature: notification. Is there server side configuration necessary?
