Loggly stacktrace formatter

Stacktrace formatting for Loggly.

1. Removes certain lines from stacktrace, such as:
--- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown ---
at System.***.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task)
at System.***.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task)

2. Colorize lines by pattern.
