Flush Chrome DNS resolver cache for current tab and reload
Intended Use:
Oreo allows you to quickly flush Chrome DNS resolver cache and close all opened sockets;
It's very helpful for developers who need to test in a clean environment.
But first you should go to `chrome://flags/#extensions-on-chrome-urls`, and then enable the feature;
