Reminders to get up and move around while you're working at the computer
Great concept but you can't set the times for the pop-up notification. So overnight you'll have 12+ popups to close each morning. Would be nice to pause the pop-up notifications when you're away from your desk. However, the exercise ideas are tremendous, much better than the other extensions that just say "move". If they add a fix, to be able to pause, it'd be perfect.
