Receive, make and analyze calls anywhere with the Telphin softphone.
🟠 Receive and make calls, as well as receive and send SMS directly from the browser. When making an outgoing call, you can choose which of the purchased numbers will be used as an caller ID.
🟠 Call management. Without leaving the browser, you can make and receive phone calls, put a call on hold, dial a number, turn on/off the microphone.
🟠 Call history. The call log shows all the calls made within the authorized extension, the direction of the call (incoming/outgoing), its time and duration. You can download the recording, listen to the conversation, translate it into text, put down a tag, as well as make a call or send an SMS to the subscriber's number.
🟠 Analysis of conversations using AI. You can analyze any recorded call using artificial intelligence. The AI assistant allows you to evaluate the conversation and make recommendations for improving the quality of the consultation, and can also prepare a draft letter protocol based on the results of the communication. Based on the results of processing the call, a notification appears in the extension, which you can click on to go to the call. ❗A beta version of the service is currently available.❗
🟠 Access to contacts. A list of internal employee numbers is available from the browser. The contacts section displays all extensions and their statuses (on line/do not disturb, etc.) within the PBX. If necessary, you can add new contacts.
🟠 Sending and receiving SMS messages. All correspondence is stored in a single SMS chat. Additionally, notifications about new messages are available in the extension, which you can click on to go to the SMS chat. The phone number for sending SMS is automatically pulled up when the extension is enabled.
