Over the past ten years of staffing, I have used several different systems. My company focuses on executive search for the nonprofit sector and has a team of ten employees. Out of all the options, we found Job Diva to be the best choice. They provided us with great support in terms of setting things up, including one-on-one training and excellent technical assistance. Job Diva is an incredible tool that helps us get our work done faster. However, when it doesn't work, it's a nightmare to figure out what's wrong, get in touch with customer service, and then fix it. While their customer service is good, I feel like I have to contact them too often. Additionally, I dislike that the system requires me to change my password after some time. If I wanted to change my password, I would do it myself.
Loads all the time, doesnt work on any site.
Does not work. Literally just watched a demo from Job Diva and then got to use it and its not even the same format as the training 24 hours ago...
