none of the images I upload will generate a color story. I've tried three browsers and it's the same.

Very Disappointed - I have used this for the last 2 years with my clients and it was always an instant color match, it took literally just seconds. Not anymore! Don't know what you've done, upgrades? etc. but it is not instant anymore. Infact, I don't get anything anymore. I've disappointed several clients who have taken their time compiling images to review and choose a color palette for their home decor. Even simply uploading an image isn't working. It's just not user friendly like it used to be. What a shame! I will continue to try to figure it out, but in the meantime, I won't have this tool anymore. Not sure if your listening, but, you really reined a good thing!?
