Adds a button to toggle the Stackoverflow sidebar.

Hides the distracting sidebar from Stackoverflow pages, centers the main text, and creates a button for revealing the sidebar.

Excellent, I just wish it would work for all stack exchange sites.

This really cleans up the view a ton. The simplicity is stunning. Nice.
