An extension for automating your browser by connecting blocks
Stopped working, cant record new workflow. No customer service to contact.
Just wanna react to the comment of Jamie Kimmit : 'Nothing works correctly. Documentation is broken and outdated. Selectors don't work. Recording in chrome is broken.' I personally use Automa for a year, it works amazingly well. Guy said selectors don't work because he doesn't realize that Automa provides us with a rapid selector just by using the selector tool. This isn't optimal on a lot of websites, because structure of websites nowadays are way more complicated than it used to be. A lot of websites now use generated classes by some web framework like React. This makes the for the Element selector a pretty hard job to obtain a decent selector. You have to do them yourself. Stop wanting to be fully assisted from start to finish. Also, because of the very same problem, the record feature can't be reliable. Not because of Automa, because of the complexity of websites. You should make your own selectors by opening the element panel doing right click > inspect, and testing them in the Element Selector of Automa. Automa does work amazingly well, I assure you. Everything is on point. It requires work and patience to understand it's full power. This is the most powerful web automation tool you can think of. You can even do APIs calls like zapier and make allow us, but here, it's for free (but you have to quickly set-up em manually, right, until we gradually build them all and offer them somewhere). I'm not part of Automa's team btw, just a profound fan of their work. The guy's comment didn't AT ALL do it justice Try it yourself, take the time to understand how it works. Take the time to understand the programming principles that are used here. Also, selectors is almost a science in itself, please learn it.
