Yes, there are many similar apps like these, but this is the latest updated one with only the supported apps and excludes any service that was shutdown, like Google Plus which was shut down this year.

No Telegram sharing, therefore useless to me.

This extension is so simple and straight forward that even a kid could just use this without any kind of learning curve. Just click the share button/icon, then click on one of the platforms on which you want to share the present web page, and thats it. Job done.
