When you open a 'New Tab' it's blank and set to the background color of your desire.
The only extension that does what it should! Hard to find it if you do not know the name!
Works great.
Very simple and easy to use. But it has one annoying bug- each time I open Brave (Chromium) it displays a white page, and only when I open ANOTHER tab is when the color I chose appears.
