OPERAtor for SwiftDial

Adds a browser toolbar button as an additional way to quickly open SwiftDial in the Opera browser.

📝 NOTES:
✔️ It is compatible with the Chrome version of SwiftDial.
✔️ Works with the current version of Opera at the time of release.
☝️ OPERAtor cannot clear the address from the browser address bar.
☝️ Requires SwiftDial to be installed in the browser.
