CommonChars is a toolbar button that shows a popup panel with a list of common special characters from non-english languages. Is a tool that lets you easily access special HTML characters without the need to look all over your keyboard or external tools.

It works really well for typing in romance languages, without having to install an international keyboard. The biggest drawback is that I can't see a way to copy upper case letters with accents, only lower case.
