Neither of my accounts are linking despite them both working for about a year up until July 13, 2024. I've been attempting to get them to link again for literal months now. Customer support is useless, no sense of urgency and no idea what's happening. It's now beginning to pass the window of time that it says you can earn points from past purchases. I've already made hundreds of dollars in purchases that I won't be able to get rewarded for because their linking feature broke suddenly and irreparably ever since July. Error given upon accounts being unable to link: "We're sorry. We're currently having issues connecting to this site. Please try again later and contact the Alliance support team if the issue persists."

Regarding all the Comments that no one's getting their cash back, this is from Avion Rewards FAQs --- Once you've activated an offer through the ShopPlus browser extension & have fulfilled the offer reqs, your cash back will be deposited after the return window for the retailer has passed. Depending on the merchants return policy, you can expect your cash back in either 30, 60 or 90 days. Cash is awarded once a month.
