Skip stuff you've already decided against downloading. Adds a new column to the top lists, allowing you to mark items as 'read'.

UPDATED to work for new domain name = http://thepiratebay.se/

UPDATE : The latest version should work on ALL domain names.
Let me know if it does not work on any domain variant or proxy.
