Notifier for Grafana.

With this extension alerting status of the Grafana monitoring system are displayed directly in the browser. Alerts are detected quickly and reliably.
Due to the changing color of the icon in the Chrome's address bar, an overview of the monitored systems and services easily discovered.

A sound notification is configurable.
