I really love Thyself! As a grad student in an MFT program, I need to be very aware of my emotions in order to provide the best therapy possible for my future clients. Thyself helps me keep track of how I'm feeling--it's a space just for me to reflect :) One of my favorite things about the app is that it is my "New Tab" page. I love to be prompted to easily record my feelings as I'm in the middle of working on a project, as I would probably never open a journal to record my emotions at that moment (even though that is often when I am feeling frustrated or hopeless!) In all, I love Thyself and cannot wait to see what is in store for the future.
I loved it! It helped me to understand my moods better and to reflect by being able to look at past moods and the notes I made. Also loved the custom functions for the moods and the frequency with which they appear. The user interface it's great and easy to use
