TurboCharged HTML5 Videos

Turbo charges your HTML5 videos by adding keyboard shortcuts to fast forward, rewind, and increase/decrease speed.

Keyboard shortcuts:
] or Right arrow = fast forward 5 seconds
[ or Left arrow = rewind 5 seconds
} or > = increase speed by 25%
{ or < = decrease speed by 25%

Notes:

In some cases, it is required to bring the video into focus by clicking on it, so that the shortcuts work.

In web sites like YouTube where the e.g. the > shortcut already increases speed by 25%, pressing > will increase the speed by both YouTube and this extension so it will increase by 25+25=50%. Use the alternative shortcut } to avoid this.
