I absolutely LOVE this extension!!! I've used others with so many glitches, and this one has been such smooth sailing in comparison! Also, I had trouble (user error), linking Group Leads to my Email Responder, and not only did they super easily set up a tech call straight away (mind blown they even offer this), but they solved it so quickly and easily! I'm honestly so impressed with the customer service, I'm now a raving fan! I've had so many problems with customer service from other companies, that this one has been a breath of fresh air! THANK YOU! I now have a super easy, automated set up for my group and emails now too wooooooo!!!! Best extension ever!!
I have hated using this. It isn't user friendly in any way. It has crashed so many times and I ahve wasted hours resetting it. I've finally given up and have currently spend 2 days backwards and forwards trying to cancel. It's too hard and I just want out! I'd like my money back ideally. Would never recommend to anyone!
