tool to highlight divs!

This adds a transparent background of a random colour, and similar border to divs to aid in visualisation of layouts. Designed for debugging/display purposes

Min depth: minimum number of parents a div must have to be highlighted.
Max depth: maximum number of parents a div must have to be highlighted.
