Icebergs is a chrome extension that builds on the 'Freeze Game' exercise suggest by Doug Lennick and Fred Kiel.

Essentially it encourages people to stop and 'freeze' during an activity to reflect on their feelings, actions, and thoughts.

The Chrome Extension is just a small helper to remind you to do that.
