don't get fooled by the Suspension Safeguard, they will not help as expected. just look for a diffrent team to support you I had subscribed to buybot pro, which is more expensive than the basic plan. I was thinking it would be safer since it includes the Suspension Safeguard. I got suspended on Amazon due to a problem with I product I am reselling. so I contacted them to explain to them what happened, they told me to email help@get unsuspended.com since this service is included in my pro plan, I emaild them sent them all the screenshots they needed, also explained that I'm a new amazon seller and don't know how the process works or how they will help me activate my account. 1-bad communication. they take days to reply 2- the emails they send are very short, not answering all of my questions. 3- they did not give me cear instructions on when to start submitting and what to exactly submit to Amazon. 4- I explained to them that I can not provide 2 of Amazon's requests such as the supplier chain since I'm only a reseller, but they did not reply 5- they do not follow up or ask how things are going which means bad customer service, the upgrade for pro is not worth it unfortunately I have been suspended for over 7 weeks
