Remove banger alert spams from comment section of mangakakalot & manganato

This extension gets rid of the annoying spam messages in the Facebook comment section on mangakakalot.com & manganelo.com (and any other sites that use the same technology)

Feature include:
- Remove the spam completely
- Replace it with an image
- Replace it with text (HTML is allowed)
- Custom banned words

works great as advertised only wish it would blacklist all domains in a message if there are multiple listed, because right now it only blacklists the first one in the message.
