Prevents Duplicate Tabs, while also refreshing the current tab. To be used along side of OpenInBrowser plugin for Sublime Text

This extension is meant to be used along with the OpenInBrowser plugin for Sublime Text. It will prevent duplicate tabs and will refresh that tab every time you save your file in Sublime Text.
