Put the notifications button on twitter where god intended it to be

I am really tired of clicking "Moments" instead of "Notifications" and if I do it again I may sob openly, so here is a solution.

This extension is so lovely and necessary. It has saved me from at least a thousand misclicks. Who even cares about twitter moments anyway?
