IP Alert warns users of potential IP claims on Amazon Product Detail Pages.
"I want to cancel my subscription. You make it impossible... Contact me before I open a chargeback." This line above was my original review that I left after I've spend a good 20 minutes of my day trying to send a SIMPLE email and ask for cancelation. Believe me, it's not made easy to contact them and you can see that from other customers' reviews. After I found an email address by digging through the reviews and comments and asked for my subscription to be canceled, this was the answer I got: "Not until you change the review you left. Send proof you have changed the review and I will cancel for you. " What? Really? I'll have to continue paying just because I left negative feedback? You try to punish me or something? And, no. I haven't received a notification that my subscription has been canceled YET.
How can I get in contact with them? The contact tab in their website does now shows any information. Great TOOL.
