RSS/ATOM reader. No server backend required, all parsing is done in browser. No synchronization.
Invalid feed - no problem! Not a super advanced RSS reader, but it does the job. In fact, I needed to subscribe to an invalid feed (feed lacked proper XML tags), and this was the *only* reader extension that would support it. All others I tried, even web-based readers like Feedly/Inoreader, refused to parse the feed. Tried contacting the feed publisher but no avail. This single simple reader extension is the only thing I've found that will functionally subscribe to it. For that, I have to give it 5 stars.
Sorry to say so but this is yet another RSS feed extension that simply doesn't work. There is no way to add your feed url, or to search for a new one. There is a feature to edit one of the (working) sample feeds but clicking edit gives the button to change the url but that has no action whatsoever. Likewise the update interval box is also displayed when you click edit but you can't type in it at all. So it has some major bug somewhere that needs fixing, otherwise it might be OK, I can't possibly tell.
