Preform the 'User is Drunk' test on a given site

Drunks have blurry vision. Give users one important thing to concentrate on, whether it’s signing up for your service or buying a kebab. You should still be able to understand the main actions and areas.

Works exactly as promised. Does one thing and does it well. This is a great tool for evaluating a layout/design of a web site/app. By blurring it you (literally) can't focus on the text, forcing you to look at it with fresh eyes.
