After two months of paying for the subscription the price tripled. I was told I could keep my original rate but the link to update my payment information was disabled and now I'm being forced to pay the higher price. Bait and switch tactics. 3/26/2024 After submitting my payment for the invoice via ACH, Volodymyr reached out and said it would take too long (up to 14 days) for their bank to confirm receipt of funds. Then after I emailed proof that my bank had posted the payment, he said I still needed to update my payment method as ACH would not be "suitable" for the future. Hours later I received a receipt as proof of payment only for my account to be canceled soon after and for him to inform me I would have to pay the higher rate. Bad business practices for a startup... Deplorable customer service.
