Encodes and decodes messages with Caesar, Atbash, or Vigenere cipher.

Encrypt and decrypt messages with Caesar, Atbash, or Vigenere cipher.

Especially useful for ROT-13 messages, which is often used online to disguise text (the default index for Caesar ciphers is set at 13, to make it easy to translate into/out of ROT-13).
