Handles Couch connections in secured websites
Couch DB is used as local storage of data which can by synced with remote server as well.
When you have a secured web application (Valid SSL enabled) which interacts with local couch then it always fails if couch db does not have SSL installed.
So this extension enables such web applications to interact with local couch database.
