Adds Food Standard Agency ratings to popular takeaway sites.

Looks up UK Food Standard Agency ratings for takeaways on popular online ordering services, and displays them on their restaurant pages.

Currently supports:
* Just Eat (just-eat.co.uk)
* HungryHouse (hungryhouse.co.uk)
* Deliveroo (deliveroo.co.uk)
* Kukd (kukd.com)

Please note that some establishments don't use the same name on these sites that they use on the Food Standards Agency website. If it can't be found, a link to the Food Standards Agency search page is provided.

The hygiene rating no longer shows on the Just Eat page list of restaurants, you have to click on the Information tab on the restaurant page to show it.
