Turn your laptp into the window of a forest
I set a timer for every 25 mins so that I can take a break from my laptop. And then I open zen into a new tab and let my eyes slowly close, focus on my breathing and let my mind drift until I feel ready to get back to work. Love it! Love it! Love it!
