Here’s how to get started:

1. Download the extension in the Chrome Store.
2. Go to https://tweetdeck.twitter.com/
3. Add your favorite users or lists of users.
4. Click on the extension to filter only what is important.
5. Click on unmute on the bottom right of the tweet deck page.
