Description

Shows a year calendar view when you open a new tab, also highlights todays date.

Each time you open a new chrome tab, this extension will show you a full overview of the current year, all twelve months, it also highlights the current date.

Why did I build this? I wanted a simple reminder of how days, weeks, and months all add up to a full year as well as a visual reminder of where I am in the year. Maybe it's just me but it seems like I get to the end of a month just a few days after the month started!

Mostly the year calendar is a reminder for me of the passage of time, and the fact that there is a finite amount of time in a month, in a year, in a life...

Good and not good because there is no day names like Sat, Mon, Tue on the top of days column. Also it doesn't save the last calendar position, like now we're in december, when I open a new tab I want to see the current month without scrolling down. any screen now can take easily 4 weeks columns, better than three weeks columns. So making it more compact better than this cozy layout.
