Grabs the entered discord user's info.
I'm not sure if it works tho, I put in the id and webhook but it didn't do anything.. I'm not sure if it's supposed to download the data or send it to the channel...
needs a walkthrough
Tried it and it worked pretty well. Couldn't figure out how to make a webhook for a while though.
